Shipping was fast. Came in a beautiful box packaged properly, thus everything came in excellent condition. Necklace was easy to tighten/loosen. And very comfortable and secured. Too many cute charms to choose from. Quality of the charms is superb, all individually packaged and came in a dust bag. Good gift idea for other furbabies.
It's fantastic! The quality is excellent, the colourful design is adorable, and it fits perfectly. My corgi looks adorable and gets so many compliments🥰. Highly recommend!👍
Super cute charms! My dog looks absolutely adorable in it. High quality for both charms and the leash. Leash very soft and comfortable.
Impressed with the good quality materials for both necklace and charms! And the bundle price is great and comes with just enough charms for my cat.
The charm designs are stunning and my dog looks adorable wearing them!
Love Love Love!
Bought this for my furkid and she loved it . In fact she was not happy that when I removed it from her neck . However one disappointment is that paint came off from one of the pendants just within days as my dog scratched it . Quality could have been improved .
Hi Genevieve. Thank you for your feedback. We are glad that your furkid loves it!
We are sorry that the charm was scratched and have arranged for a new piece to be sent to your furkid to complete his/her necklace again. We noted on your feedback and will review this with our supplier to improve on our upcoming new charms.
We love it. Thank u
Totally in love with their versatile pet necklace where we can insert the charms onto the necklace. They provide very prompt delivery services. We order on the day and received our items the next day. We are definitely looking forward to purchase more necklaces and charms. Highly recommended
