Orders without customisation are processed within 3 business days, and orders with customisation are processed within 5-7 business days. Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout.

We offer free shipping to Singapore and Malaysia for orders above SGD 100, and free shipping to rest of the world for orders above SGD 250. 

Due to transit for delivery, please allow additional days if required. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, please contact us at hello@awoofico.com and we will assist you further.

Please note the following for orders containing product with customisation:

• Currently we do not provide international shipping for product with customisation
• Product with customisation will be shipped from a separate location. Hence, if your order contain both products with and without customisation, please expect two parcels to be delivered separately

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Awoofi Co is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
