Return
Our goal is to put a smile on as many pets and pawrents’ faces as we can. However, if in any case, you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will accept returns within 7 days of you receiving the product. Any returns after this period will not be accepted. Please contact us at hello@awoofico.com to initiate the return and we’ll assist you as soon as possible. Upon confirmation of return by our team, we will process your exchange or refund within 30 days of your purchase.
If the item shows signs of use or wear and tear, an exchange or refund will not be provided.
Exchange
We understand that it can be hard shopping for that perfect fit for your pet. Write to us at hello@awoofico.com within 7 days of receiving your parcel to request for an exchange, subject to availability.
For us to facilitate a successful exchange, the product must be unused with original labels/packaging intact and in pristine condition.
- Shipping costs for the exchanged product (both ways) will be the responsibility of the purchaser
- Shipping costs for the returned product (back to us) will be the responsibility of the purchaser
- Return packages that are lost in transit will not be refunded and are the responsibility of the purchaser
- Customised products are not eligible for return or exchange.
By placing an order, you accept our exchange and return policy. We reserve the right to reject any refund, exchange, or return request that is not in line with our policies.
