Shipping was fast. Came in a beautiful box packaged properly, thus everything came in excellent condition. Necklace was easy to tighten/loosen. And very comfortable and secured. Too many cute charms to choose from. Quality of the charms is superb, all individually packaged and came in a dust bag. Good gift idea for other furbabies.

First thought when i got it was how buttery smooth and top quality it felt and when my dog was pulling compared to some leash you might feel the tension however this leash doesn’t give me that issue!!! Can’t wait to use it for mocha adventure times and won’t have to worry about it getting dirty as it is easy to clean. Already thinking of getting it in more colours hehe
